Services

At St Columba, there are a number of weekly opportunities to meet together to worship God, listen to the preaching of His word and pray together.

We know that there lots of different ways in which people experience God, so we offer several different flavours of service.  However, they all share a warm welcome, an accessible message and a desire to connect with God and with each other.

Anyone is welcome to attend – no previous church experience is required!

Sunday 8.30am, Auditorium

Our 8.30am service provides an opportunity to worship God through hymns of faith, prayer, Bible-based preaching and quiet reflection. Communion is shared every second Sunday.

A children’s programme is offered for kids up to Year 6. Tea and coffee is served in the café after the service.

Sunday 10.30am, Auditorium

Our 10.30am service is an informal meeting – often our music team leads us in singing contemporary songs and we hear a Bible-based message that reflects our desire to integrate our faith with real life. Bread and wine is available after the service and full  communion is shared on the second Sunday in March, June and September, and on the first Sunday in December.

A children’s programme is offered for kids up to Year 6 and a youth programme runs for those in Years 7–13. Tea and coffee is served in the café after the service.

Thursday 10.30am, Chapel

Our Thursday morning service is a friendly and welcoming fellowship of people who provide a wonderful support base for one another. Communion is shared on the second Thursday in March, June and September, and on the first Thursday in December.  Morning tea is served in the café after the service.
