Our facilities are available for hire

Our prices are very competitive and we offer a discount to registered not-for-profit organisations and those who hire more than 10 times a year. Please read our terms and conditions of hire, and let us know what your requirements are while you're still in the planning stages by using our BOOKING ENQUIRY form.

Auditorium

  • A typical configuration is 250-300 seats but full capacity is 495 people with additional overflow into the foyer.
    Stage lighting, AV systems, grand piano, organ are also available on request.

    The auditorium is not available for casual hire on Sundays until after 6pm.

Café

  • Seats 40+ People. Includes coffee and tea making facilities. Glass doors open out onto a deck area.

Function Rooms

  • Each function room seats 40+ people in lecture room configuration. The rooms are separated by movable soundproof partitions and the size can be expanded to include all four areas plus the adjoining passageway. Rectangular and round tables are available at no additional charge.

    PA system is included in each area.

KidSpace

  • This area includes a kitchenette and child safe toilets. It opens out onto a secure playground area with shadesail. It can also be divided with a soundproof partition to provide two smaller meeting spaces.

    It is a popular venue for children’s birthday parties and when hired together with the adjacent Function Room 4, will accommodate 40-80 people.

Chapel

  • The airconditioned chapel has seating for 50 people, and is ideally suited for small weddings, funerals or baptisms. The chapel has PA system and piano.

Lower lounge

  • This area will accommodate up to 120 people and is accessible from both carparks. It includes a kitchenette, toilets and disability toilet/shower. It has a small stage at one end and and mood lighting throughout. Digital projector and large TV are available on request.

Kitchen

  • The full catering kitchen is adjacent to Function Room one and includes two ovens, industrial dishwasher and refrigerated cabinet. Cutlery, plates and tablecloths are available on request.

Basement carpark

  • This carpark is normally closed after office hours but can be made available on request for covered activities as well as parking.
