WASSUP - Turning 301
I came upon me without knowing. 4U has just clocked up 301 editions. If you are a recent subscriber you can check out past editions at http://www.stcolumba.org.nz/4u/
Currently I have 300 direct subscribers (I've kept this low because I do not spam people) with many people then forwarding it on to others. Here's a question for you, would you recommend others to subscribe to 4U?
Thanks for being part of my life as I share with you each week in 4U.

INSIGHT OUT - Finding your "God space"
I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and glory
Psalm 63:2
There are spaces and places in life where you come into an awareness of something or someone far greater than yourself, an experience of numinous, otherness or sacred presence. Sadly, this experience has become inaccessible to many because the church has taken out an exclusive "God franchise" and made the "sanctuary" the only place where people can have their "god space". I find this thought abhorrent!
Isaiah 6:3 says, "The whole earth is filled with the glory of God".
Get this: the whole earth is God's sanctuary! Now that opens up endless opportunities for an experience of God.
Where are the spaces and places you encounter numinous, otherness, sacred presence - GOD? I dare you to explore. You may be in for an amazing surprise.
OUTSIGHT IN - The Ultimate Question
I'm getting into a really good book that some of you may want to have a look at.
The Ultimate Question: Driving good profits and true growth by Fred Reichheld
http://netpromoter.typepad.com/fred_reichheld/
Not all profits are good and not all growth is true. The key is, knowing how to tell the difference. This book, while grappling with a maze of complex issues, is profoundly straight forward and simple. It all boils down to one question. I'll let you discover that question for yourselves
